Claire was most accommodating, firstly when I had to reschedule my appointment due to being ill. Secondly, when I was able to make my appointment, Claire was very understanding of how poorly I’d been and tailored the treatment to help me recover. Before my appointment I had been feeling anxious (due to being ill) and very tired. I left the appointment feeling relaxed, much more like my usual self and just so much better than when I arrived. Claire’s knowledge of the reflexology treatment and how it was showing what was showing up in my body was absolutely spot on. The aftercare I received from Claire was helpful too, she checked in with me to see how I was and sent me useful aftercare advice.
